I worked on the skin as well as interior of this residence owned by Mr. Samer Al-Sayed in Akko, while I was working at Senan Abdelqader Architects. The house was bought by the owner during its construction and is located in a private houses' residential area that is dense with a wide range of architectural styles.
The skin was designed of concrete, with minimal facades proposed to contrast the eclectic architecture of the area. The house's unique identity is based on simplicity, Openings of all facades are covered by shading elements, and interior spaces were designed in detail with furnishing proposals.
