Wind:

Lightness, motion, speed… that’s what first comes up to one’s mind when hearing the word WIND, we represented these characteristics through an application of kinetic art, which is art that contains moving parts or depends on motion for its effect. The moving parts are generally powered by wind.. Kinetic art encompasses a wide variety of overlapping techniques and styles.

Concept Of Design:

Our Concept for this project was to feel the wind through seeing light elements being moved by the power of the wind, (You can’t see it but you can feel it), this was achieved by designing a hanging mobile consisting of four axes, each axis having 5 rods and each carrying a circle made of sheet metal, the circles are of different areas and are hanged in a way so that each circle balances the other and thus the whole mobile is in equilibrium, each circle can rotate with the flow of wind and the mobile as a whole can rotate around it’s hanging axis, we colored the circles with silver, gold, bronze which are the natural colors of metal and steel, some circles are colored with green to make the mobile integrate with the nature
