"Once upon a Billboard, there was a Barcode" is a project that tells a story of a fading city. Ramallah which is now performing under neoliberal economy, has undergone many transformations on social and economic levels, which can be manifested in the material form of billboards, covering the facades of buildings, to simulate capitalism needs.
